Executed for the real estate developer Al Harbi Housing, this expansive residential project consists of a private complex of multiple villas unified by the classic sophistication of premium natural stone. The development called for a flooring material that could anchor the interiors with a bright, welcoming character while maintaining a high standard of luxury across all the properties. Botticino Semi Classico Marble, sourced directly from the renowned quarries of Brescia, Italy, was selected for its warm, creamy beige tones and subtle, elegant veining, making it the perfect surface to set a refined and cohesive tone throughout the residences.
The scope of work for the Al Harbi villa complex centered on the complete fabrication, processing, and careful handling of the Botticino marble flooring. To achieve a grand, seamless aesthetic with minimal joint lines, the project utilized uniquely large-format 110 by 110 cm tiles. Processing material at this exceptional scale presented significant challenges in both cutting and logistics. We overcame these obstacles through rigorous factory-level quality control, utilizing precise cutting protocols to ensure strict dimensional tolerances and pristine edges without compromising the stone’s structural integrity. Finally, specialized handling and careful packaging procedures were implemented to protect these massive tiles during transit, guaranteeing a flawless installation and a continuous, elegant visual flow across the entire complex.
